Review - Bluetooth Headphones

Safety first - Style and comfort a very close second.

The main reason I use a Bluetooth headset it to be able to talk and have my hands free.  I use a headset while I am driving, working, cooking, cleaning up at home I could go on and on. 

Comfort is extremely important when choosing a headset. You get two different earbuds to choose from to ensure that you're comfortable no matter how long you wear them. The receiver can be rotated up to 180 degrees, and the microphone rotates across 200 degrees for a truly custom fit.

Style is up next. I don’t want to look like a diehard gamer with some big and bulky headset. The 

aLLreLi K6 Bluetooth is very sleek. I don't feel like a goof ball wearing it.  Battery life is also extremely important your device will get 9 hours of talk time and 220 hours of standby. You can recharge fully in just 2 hours to have the earbud headset ready for use again.

Another major perk for me is the connectivity. I was able to link up my device to my phone with no issues. That is a major perk to me.

Review Apple Watch Stand

Does your watch need a stand? - YES it does......
I was so excited when the opportunity to review this Apple Watch stand came up.
Before it came my watch just sat on my nightstand it just did not look right, For the amount you pay for an Apple Watch you really want to be safe and displayed nicely. Now I feel like my investment is properly placed. The stand itself is very well made and sturdy plus it is super sleek looking. It does not look like just another charging station it looks like a part of the decor of my room. Another plus is the charging pad snaps onto the stand so it also charges as it is mounted. This stand would make a perfect gift for the Apple Watch owner in your life.

Review- Finger Pulse Oximeter

Soon as I got home from work today I had to try out my new CMS 500DL finger pulse Oximeter. My first thought was wow this baby is well packaged. It has a foam insert in the box so your device will stay safe. It comes with batteries so you don't have to worry about buying them. You will also receive a lanyard, instruction book and silicone protective case.

It is small, light and portable.

I used it to test the whole families SpO2 and pulse rate. I really like the auto shut off. After 16 seconds of no use it will power down. This will help them batteries last longer.

Review - Midori Spring MATCHA

When I was given the opportunity to review the Midori Spring Matcha my first thought was what exactly is Matcha? I have hear lots of people talking about it on Instagram and a few sites I visit for weight loss inspiration.After doing a little more digging (thank you Pinterest) I decided I need to try this product. My first test I prepared it using the directions on the back ½ - ¾ tsp Matcha Powder added to 2-2.7 oz of water, whisk whisk whisk until frothy.  I did add some honey to it after my fist sip. The flavor and odor is intense not in a bad way but in an “I am going to need to get used to this way”.  My second test was a recipe I found on Pinterest for Matcha Mint Ice Tea.  It was so fresh and easy to make. Here are the steps I took -  Shake up the Matcha in a cocktail shaker (or in a jar with a tight lid), then add ice, mint and lime juice. I wanted mine a touch sweet so I added some honey to it.

Review - Mud Mask

When I first ordered the Dead Sea Mud Mask I thought that it would be the same old same Mud mask, not the case here. My first thought was the Odor - Or should I say lack of odor. I really liked that the last thing I want to do is apply something smelly. It went on super smooth and I didn't need to use a ton of it. So it will last me for a while. Well unless my teenage daughter finds it. I left my mask on for about 8 minutes. Enough to tidy up the bathroom, a moms job is never done! I did not feel any burning or irritation while wearing the mask my skin can sometimes be overly sensitive to cleaners and masks. It washed off really easy with some warm water.

My skin felt amazingly soft after almost as if it was a lotion mask. I also noticed that it did help with blackheads. My nose gets the worst of the blackheads and I could tell after one application that it is helping. I will definitely be using this mask again.

Review - 2-Piece Tong Set

Tongs are one of the 2 items I seem to always use when I am cooking. It may sound off but I even use tongs when I cook my pasta rather than a pasta gizmo. I decided to put the Lucentee tongs to the sausage test! I cook up a batch of them every Sunday for the hubs to take to work with him. They worked perfectly, I had enough reach room so I did not get splattered from hot grease. This set comes with a 9 inch (Tiffany) and 12 inch (Tim) tongs. I am glad that these tongs came pre-named because I just don't think I have it in me to name my kitchen tools. Made from premium FDA Approved Silicone & brushed Stainless Steel. The Silicone heads are heat resistant up to 480°F so they are perfect for grilling! My second favorite is they are dishwasher safe, the last thing I want to do is hand wash a tool, and my favorite is the COLOR I am in love with the Apple Green. Review - Cassani Shower Mirror

Mirror in the shower? YES you need one. Even if you don’t shave in the shower.

I put my new Cassani Fogless Shower mirror up in my shower last night. It went up easy peasy. They give you everything you need with detailed instructions. Then in the name of science I had to take a shower. Before I got in I let the hot water run to test out the “fogless” feature. Sure thing it did not fog up at all! I placed mine on the wall next to my shower head out of the path of the water. I realized something during that shower…. I LOVE having a mirror in the shower. I don’t need to shave my face, thankfully my mama gave me some good genes. But it sure did come in handy when I washed my face. It was nice to be so up close to a mirror, my bathroom mirror seems so far back. I could get super close and check out all the spots on my face I haven’t seen in detail.

Review Lucentee® Large Ice Ball Maker

With the holiday coming up I thought that the Lucentee Ice ball maker would be super fun for my guests. Both the kids and adults will get a kick out of these cool Ice Balls. As soon as I got home I had to test it out. You get a 2 piece silicone mold that fits together and all you have to do is fill the mold with water. It was very easy to fill and once filled it was east to transport to the freezer. The molds are thicker so they hold up well once filled with the water.  I let mine freeze overnight, and un-molded them this morning. Very easy to take out.

As I was looking at them this morning I thought to myself that these would make a nice treat for my dog in the summer. She loves to chew on ice and these would be perfect for her as well.

I love to give out themed gift baskets for the holiday the Lucentee Ice ball maker would make a perfect addition to a drink themed gift basket. Add a nice bottle of spirits, some cute stir sticks and your all set.

Pu-erh Ripe-tea - review

My first thought was WOW the packaging. At first glance it looked like a brick in brown wrapping as I opened it I realized it was a super cool brown bag. Inside was the amazing tea brick. I give them an A++ for packaging. I know a lot of tea drinkers and this would make an amazing gift. This is something you can not just pick up your local quickie mart on your way to a party. Its very neat!

The next thing I noticed was the amazing Smell. I LOVE tea and I love the smell of tea this was just soothing.

Here are the steps I followed for brewing.

Application Guide:

1st step:Break a piece of the cake (about 3-5g,Proportion tea to water 1:30-1:50) .

2nd step:Prepare boiled water (Pu'er Tea requests the boiled water of the 95 Degree).

3rd step:Warm and Wash Tea twice (Pour Out boiled water immediately for the first and second time).

4th step:While really starting,about a minute the tea soup can be enjoyed,then continue the second.With more times,the time can be prolonged slowly from one minute to a few minutes gradually,which can keep the even density of tea soup.

This is defiantly not your run of the mill tea bag tea. It is much more complex and full of flavor. I felt after taking so much care to the preparation it was a calming reward.  I enjoyed the flavor and the process to it.

I am very glad I was able to try this tea I feel like my eyes have been opened to a whole new tea world.

Water Time - AquaFrut review

I am always looking for more ways to get my water intake up. I struggle with this so much. So finding a water bottle I like is a huge bonus. I was offered the AquaFrut Bottom Infuser basket water bottle at a discount for my honest review. Here it is..... First off I love the size, It holds 24 oz I also like my water super cold there is plenty of room for ice in addition to the infuser basket. Another plus is the infuser basket at the bottom. I have another water bottle with the basket at the top and it creates a dam almost when trying to drink from it. Not with the AquaFrut. Because the basket is located at the bottom the water flows perfectly when you drink from it. I also like the drinking spout. The water flows fast and smooth, I don't have to force the water out. The best for last CLEANING! I know myself if it is not easy to clean I will either leave it dirty in the sink or never use it again. This guy was easy to clean the bottom unscrews so you can add your fruit and the basket unscrews from that as well as the top. Super easy to clean all the parts.

Pulled Pork - Utopia Kitchen MEAT Claw Review

One of my go to Crock Pot meals is pulled pork.
The best part about it is the leftovers. Well after how easy it is to cook.
I decided to make up a batch so I could test out the Utopia Kitchen BBQ meat claws - That just sounds so cool!!
My pulled pork recipe changes slightly every time depending on what i have on hand.
But it always starts out with a Pork Roast. I picked up the last one from Aldi and it was perfect.
After placing the roast in the crock pot I add a can of pop. This time I used Dr. Pepper but and dark pop will work.  Season up your roast as desired, I used a maple bourbon BBQ rub. Cook on high for 5-6 hours depending on your roast size.
When my roast was done I drained off a little of the liquid. NOT all of it you want some moisture,
Then the fun part!!
Shredding the pork was a breeze with the Utopia Kitchen BBQ Meat claws. I usually use 2 forks to shred. That takes forever and my hands get sore.

Ozeri touch lll digital scale

I have been looking for a new kitchen scale for a while now. Main reason is I needed a scale that could weigh more than my current scale that only went to 10lbs. The Ozeri touch lll weighs up to 22lbs. That's the size of my thanksgiving turkey!!! 

I am totally impressed with the sleek ultra modern design and the easy to read high contrast lcd screen. I love the look of it I left it out on the counter instead of hiding it away in the "drawer" of shame. The large weighing platform slows you to weigh larger items with ease. When you need to weigh something that you can't put on the platform alone like rice or beans all you need to do is put an empty bowl on the platform and press the tare button until the scale zeros out. Then add the item you need to weigh to the bowl and presto your done.

I could not agree more. This kit is the perfect size for your car, boat or camper. What I like best is you can easily pop it into a backpack if your going on a hike.
